Polita first became interested in the field of ABA whilst working as an ABA tutor in a primary school for children with autism. There she gained valuable training based on ABA principles and developed a passion for supporting individuals with autism.
She has gained valuable knowledge and experience from working in the ABA field for seven years. Polita has worked in a variety of settings including schools, community and home.
She holds a masters degree in Applied Behaviour Analysis from Queens University Belfast. Polita is now working towards acquiring her BCBA qualification.
During her career, Polita has trained as a tutor, lead tutor and a supervisor. She has worked with primary and secondary school aged pupils. In these settings, Polita provided 1:1 support to learners as well as leading a team. She has in-depth experience in analysing data to design behaviour interventions, alongside providing comprehensive and pratical training to staff.
In her spare time, she enjoys exploring London’s many coffee shops and reading as many books as she can.
