Salary: £31,000-£34,000 DOE per annum pro-rata.
Full-time employed (initial probation period starts at 4 days/week).
Role:
As an early intervention practitioner you will work with children ages 18 months - 4 years in central London and surrounds (Zones 1-4). You will be required to travel to clients' houses and nurseries in and around London to provide 1:1 support with the child and coaching to caregivers and teachers. You will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team that include teachers, SENCo's, Occupational Therapists, Speech and Language Therapists, Educational Psychologists, Educational Consultants and Behaviour Analysts. You will develop goals based on baseline assessment and in collaboration with the parent/caregiver. The role involves receiving direct supervision from a Director at hatchlings in understanding the Hatchlings model and our philosophy to early intervention and childhood development. You will also be fully immersed in a team environment with weekly meetings and termly training days with the opportunity to learn and grow your professional skill set.
This role is best suited for a BCBA, ABA supervisor or professional with experience working within homes and schools who have a strong interest in parent coaching, naturalistic behavioral interventions and providing community wide support.
Skills & requirements:
Can manage a caseload of up to 8 clients a week (18-20 direct contact hours a week)
Create measurable and achievable goals in line with family, school and Hatchlings London framework.
Attend weekly 1:1 meetings with supervisor, team meetings and group supervision.
Use a Hatchlings created tracking database to track goals and progress.
You are able to deliver high quality advice, coaching, and mentoring to families and professionals.
Can create supportive environments for children that will use the least restrictive interventions.
Have an understanding of evidence-based naturalistic behavioural interventions (NDBIs) including Early Start Denver Model (ESDM), Pivotal Response Training (PRT), JASPER, Behavioural Skills Training and The Hanen Centre.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, start-up environment where you will be managing your own time and workload, with the support of a supervisor.

Must haves:
A minimum of a batchelors degree in psychology, childhood development, teaching or similar discipline.
Comfortable traveling around London using a bus or the tube. All costs reimbursed.
3 + years of previous experience of ABA, either from working in home programmes or another ABA setting.
1+ year of experience as a supervisor.

We are a remote company, but have an office space to use throughout the week.
We operate on a roughly term-time basis (12-week cycles with two week shut down periods in between).
